Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made on www.yometi.com (“Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Yometi Global, a sole proprietorship owned by Manoj. Yometi Global operates skincare products under its brand Caremazic™.

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons applicable to skincare and personal care products, returns and refunds are permitted only in specific cases described below.


1) Definitions

  • “Return” means sending the product back to us after delivery (only in eligible cases).
  • “Replacement” means receiving a new product in exchange for an eligible return.
  • “Refund” means receiving your money back to the original payment method (or bank/UPI for COD).

2) Return / Replacement Window

You may raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

✅ Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.


3) Eligible Cases (Return / Replacement Allowed)

You are eligible to request a return or replacement only if:

  1. Wrong product delivered
  2. Product received damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered during transit
  3. Order received incomplete / missing item(s)
  4. Expired product delivered

📌 Proof Required:
To process a request, you must share clear photos/videos of:

  • Product (all sides)
  • Outer box/packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Damage/leakage (if any)

Requests without sufficient proof may be declined.


4) Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / No Replacement)

For hygiene and consumer safety, returns/replacements are not accepted if:

  • Product has been opened, used, tested, or partially used
  • Original packaging, seal, label, or barcode is missing or damaged
  • Damage is due to customer mishandling
  • Request is raised after 7 days
  • Product purchased during sale/clearance/promotion (unless damaged/wrong/expired)
  • Free gifts / complimentary items are involved (gifts are not separately returnable)

🚫 Opened skincare products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.


5) How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request

To raise a request, email us at: support@caremazic.com

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number/email
  • Reason for request
  • Photos/videos as proof

⏱️ Review Time: We typically review requests within 2 working days.


6) Pickup / Return Method

If approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable, OR
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product (instructions will be shared).

Please do not send products back without approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.


7) Replacement or Refund

  • We will try to provide a replacement (subject to stock availability).
  • If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval/quality verification (where applicable).
  • For COD orders, customers must share Bank Account / UPI details. COD refunds typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


8) Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Yometi Global / Caremazic™ reserves the right to cancel any order (with a full refund for prepaid orders) due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing/listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Address/serviceability issues

9) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when:
    • Wrong product delivered, or
    • Product received damaged/tampered/leaked, or
    • Expired product delivered

(If you have a fixed shipping rule like “₹40 under ₹399”, tell me and I’ll add it perfectly.)


10) Delivery & Tracking

  • Standard delivery is usually 5–7 business days from dispatch (may vary by location).
  • Tracking details are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
  • If your delivery is delayed beyond expected timelines, contact support@caremazic.com.

11) Brand Ownership & Legal Entity

Caremazic™ is a skincare brand owned and operated by Yometi Global.
All orders, payments, and policies on this Website are governed by Yometi Global.
